T.J. Cloutier and Tom McEvoy's Championship No-Limit and Pot-Limit Hold 'em
I saw a lot of criticism of this book and some praise also before I bought it, I guess once you see enough criticism of something in relation to the amount of praise you should not expect much and would have to say the criticism was well founded. Probably not as bad as some people have made out, but the quality of writing while certainly not terrible it is poor in relation to other well known books. It's one of the few poker books I had which I found quite easy to put down and generally struggled reading it. Can't think of anything much off-hand that wasn't covered better elsewhere, still I don't regret having any poker book and I'm sure if I look back over this some time I may find some gem, but if you haven't got this book It's certainly not a must-have.
