Ladbrokes Poker

March 12, 2006

Again no complaints with the graphics in this poker room, there's plenty of action going on here as well from Limit to No Limit and tournaments. As a European I find the times when there is action suit me a lot better also.

This site is not available to Americans. I did initially think is a bit silly, why would a company limit it's business like that, but I wonder does it have to do with the time zone difference, it is a big advantage for a US based pro who does not have a day job to be playing on a European based poker site during his morning or afternoon time, they have access to the recreational european players who are playing in the evening whereas for the European professional he/she still needs to be playing at evening time. I wonder did Ladbrokes block US based players based on this or similar considerations, knowing it would attract and keep more of it's European customer base.
